What Are They?

The UKHangout Community Five Star Awards are a series of awards to local organisations who are seen to be delivering an exceptional service to their customers, clients or patients. Throughout the UK there are organisations in your local area who deserve a ‘shout out’. These awards are a way to help them do that.

They are not ordinary awards. No frilly glitzy ceremony that costs you a fortune, only one winner, and no tangible benefit afterwards for the many that entered. These awards are about helping you take action in the areas that matter to the growth of your business because you understand the importance of excellence.

Every one that enters will be a ‘winner’ if you take action. Others will attract further recognition.

COUNTY WINNERS:  As well as the video county winners will receive a ONE HOUR marketing strategy consultation session and have 12 months FREE access to a proprietary Reputation Marketing Suite that collects your reviews and syndicates them across the internet, whilst monitoring online for any negative reviews.   1. DESCRIPTION OF THE AWARDS: The UKHangout Community Awards are designed to encourage and inspire organisations to focus on the core elements of their business that attracts new customers, clients or patients. Judges will be from the UKHangout Community Panel. Prizes will be awarded to eligible winning participants.
  2. Any incomplete or improperly filled entries may be disqualified at the organisers discretion
  3. The organisation entering the awards must be either: registered in the UK or a UK non-limited company or British citizen.
  4. There are no age restrictions.
  5. All entries will be judged on the information provided at the time of entry, additional amendments or comments may be accepted up until the deadline date, after which no further amendments will be accepted.
  6. The area of the country that you are being nominated for will be decided solely on the postcode of your application.
  7. All awards are awarded based on the decision by an independent panel of judges.
  8. The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into and no reasons given for decisions.
  9. All information provided to judges will be used solely for the purposes of assessing the entries. Potentially sensitive information will not be made public.
  10. The UKHangout Community Awards reserves the right to withdraw an entry from the judging process at any time if the entry is deemed inappropriate for any reason.
  11. If it is found that any entrant has knowingly provided false information on their application for their entry, the UKHangout Community Awards reserves the right to withdraw any award at any time submitted by that organisation.
  12. Winners are encouraged to state in advertising and promotional material that they have won, but they must state the year the Award was won.
  13. By entering and providing information and details to the UKHangout Community Awards, you are consenting to your details being used in further UKHangout Community Awards marketing.
  14. Entry does not grant organisations the rights to use the UKHangout Community Awards name, logo, or images without the express written approval of the UKHangout Community Awards.
  15. We will publish details of the final winners, including company profiles etc. using the information taken from the entry form.
